I'm taking off my wedding ring until our friends in same-sex relationships can also choose to marry. Adam is too. We will wear a plain black metal band inscribed with the word "equality" — until equality is achieved for all who wish to marry.

in ordering an Equality Ring, please email her and Chris at

UPDATE: Adam and I are getting these Equality Rings.
THIS is what I found in my refrigerator at the end of the day. It's a gift from Adam after a freaking terrible week at work. (Yeah, I know it's only Wednesday.) Here's what he said...
"As long as we have each other and cake, we can make it through anything. Together."
I thought he got two pieces so he could have one too. Wrong. He got two in case I wanted to have cake for dinner. I love him.
Here's my latest design, a Spring Gala Invitation. This is an accordion short-fold—when it's closed you only see the copy on the far right. The finished piece is square. Love it!
